Adina is 28 and has a warm gaze that few people truly noticed. Her natural lashes, short and sparse, made her feel washed out. She wore sunglasses even on cloudy days, more as a shield than out of necessity.

A friend convinced her to come in for a trial appointment. At the consultation, Alessandra recommended the wispy volume technique — individual extensions applied lash by lash, with varied lengths that create a natural, fluffy effect, as if her own lashes had simply grown a little more.
